2nd Annual Mesa Yard Sale

The Boise Chapter once again decided to hoard 'stuff' for a couple of months to raise money for BTF.  Another successful garage sale was held on the Mesa.  Thank you to Sarah for letting the 'stuff' take over your garage.  Despite a little rain during setup, the sale was a huge success!

Kegs for a Cause

Payette Brewing Co hosted a fantastic night at their location in Boise.  Proceeds from each beer purchased were donated to BTF.  What a fun way to raise funds, visit with friends and try new brews!

Lemonade, cookies, toys and books for sale!

Harris Ranch garage sale had an extra special booth. Martha's grandchildren helped raise $28 to send to Ben Towne Foundation by selling lemonade, cookies, books and toys. They helped make signs and tasted the lemonade numerous times to make sure it was ok. They also made sure the cookies and cinnamon rolls were worth selling. We used the sale to help advertise the Kegs4Kause as well as an opportunity to share information about BTF and pediatric cancer research. It was a beautiful day and perfect for our impromptu sale!

Chelseas Swap - A - Roo

Thank you Chelsea Doty for hosting such a wonderful event!  Chelsey gathered her nearest and dearest friends and friends of friends for the

1st Annual Clothing Swap-a-Roo.  All proceeds benefited BTF and everyone went home with some new goodies for their closet.

Rocky Mountain High School - Knock Out Cancer!

January, 2013

Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian selected Ben Towne Foundation as the recipient of their Knock Out Cancer event this year during basketball season. Students and faculty purchased shirts, and donation cans were passed around at the game to collect change. Sarah and Kate set up a small booth. Their families enjoyed watching the game and the Diamond Dancers at half time. $750 was raised for Ben Towne Foundation!

Ronald McDonald House

Boise Chapter Board Members got the chance to make dinner for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.  What a fun night cooking together for a great cause.

City of Trees Marathon

We had some great volunteers hand out water at the City of Trees Marathon in Boise.  It was a great day to support our

local runners and raise awareness.
